Over the past month, we have:
– Successfully represented the PCDC and Democratic presence at the Page County Fair booth.
– Mailed 3,500 Harris/Walz, Kaine, Mitchell postcards.
– 3,500 Postcards on Local issues this week
– Distributed 1,000 postcards highlighting Ken Mitchell.
– Installed updated Harris/Walz posters on Route 340, both north and south, as well as at our headquarters.
– Installed updated Harris/Walz and Voting is Not an Option posters – designed by Abby Loftner, at headquarters and shared them with other Democratic committees.
– Received feedback and even 50 rejection of postcards by Republicans, showing that our message is reaching people.
– Attended highly successful Democratic Committee annual fundraiser dinners in Shenandoah and Harrisonburg/Rockingham counties.
– Planning to attend the Warren County fundraiser dinner this Saturday.
– Noticed increased attendance at headquarters, more enthusiasm, and vocal opposition to the Trump/Vance MAGA agenda from local citizens.
– Take a moment to watch the Meidas Touch video of the Buena Vista rally, which is near Lexington VA. They are charged up, angry and ‘Not Going Back!’.
There is a lot more Democratic momentum than you might think based on all of the Trump signs on Rt. 340.
Partnering up with the Rec Center Fish Fry Dinner with Voter Registration table
The PCDC will be partnering with the Rec Center, Luray to host a Voter Registration table at the Rec Center Annual Dinner Fundraiser. Anticipated number of attendees should be around 300-400 so please support the Rec Center and order a meal or two!
