Update on HB636 bill to remove your rights on solar farms
Virginia Bill HB636 poses a threat to your way of life and community, as it could remove your voice and vote regarding the placement of large solar farms without your consent. The PCDC is actively engaged in preventing the passage of this bill by collaborating with other counties to launch a grassroots campaign against it.
UPDATE:
The bill HB 636 has been suspended for a year after much outcry and protest from rural counties around the state.
